EL ÍNDICE QI4SD

El Índice de Infraestructura de Calidad para el Desarrollo Sostenible (QI4SD) proporciona un marco de indicadores que resume el estado general de desarrollo de la preparación de la Infraestructura de Calidad (IC) de un país y/o región para apoyar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS).

Desarrollado en el marco del Programa Global de Calidad y Estándares (GQSP), financiado por la Secretaría de Estado de Economía (SECO) de Suiza, en colaboración con socios de la Red Internacional de Infraestructuras de Calidad (INetQI), el Índice mide la contribución de las infraestructuras de calidad a la consecución de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS). Para ello, los indicadores se agrupan en las "3P", a saber, Prosperidad (dimensión económica), Personas (dimensión social) y Planeta (dimensión medioambiental).

THE QI4SD INDEX

The Quality Infrastructure for Sustainable Development (QI4SD) Index provides a framework of indicators that summarizes the overall state of development of a country’s and/or region’s Quality Infrastructure (QI) readiness to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Developed within the framework of the Global Quality and Standards Programme (GQSP), which is funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), in collaboration with partners from the International Network on Quality Infrastructure (INetQI), the Index measures the contribution of Quality Infrastructure towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As such, indicators are aggregated into the “3Ps”, namely Prosperity (economic dimension), People (social dimension), and Planet (environmental dimension).
