Informa Nacional Voluntario - 2021

El levantamiento de información y análisis para el presente informe se concentró en la evolución re- ciente de los indicadores de los 10 ODS prioriza- dos por el Foro Político de Alto Nivel, con parti- cular atención a la desagregación de los datos por sexo, segmentos poblacionales y territorios, en correspondencia con el monitoreo del principio «no dejar a na- die atrás». El proceso de su elaboración comprendió reuniones de coordinación entre el Ministerio de Economía, Planificación y Desarrollo, instituciones públicas sectoriales y el Sistema de Naciones Unidas, y consultas a actores de sociedad civil, sector privado y academia.

El nivel de alineación de los ODS con la planificación na- cional es alto (91 %) y se está procurando su integración plena a través de la planificación de mediano plazo, de la cual, uno de sus sustentos es el Plan de Gobierno 2020-2024. En gene- ral, el ritmo de avance hacia las metas de los ODS ha sido in- suficiente, situación agravada por el impacto de la pandemia de COVID-19.

National Voluntary Report - 2021

The collection of information and analysis for this report focused on the relevant evolution of the indicators of the 10 SDGs prioritised by the High-Level Political Forum, with particular attention to the disaggregation of data by sex, population segments and territories, in line with the monitoring of the principle of "leaving no one behind". The process of its elaboration included coordination meetings between the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Development, sectoral public institutions and the United Nations System, and consultations with actors from civil society, the private sector and academia.
The level of alignment of the SDGs with national planning is high (91 %) and efforts are being made to fully integrate them through medium-term planning, one of the pillars of which is the Government Plan 2020-2024. Overall, the pace of progress towards the SDG targets has been inadequate, a situation exacerbated by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
