Segundo Informe Nacional Voluntario de Paraguay, 2021

El Segundo Informe Nacional Voluntario —liderado por la Comisión ODS Paraguay— innovó su metodología de construcción, al ser el resultado de un proceso de revisión inclusivo, participativo, transparente y exhaustivo, tanto a nivel nacional y subnacional, basado en la evidencia, y proporcionando lecciones tangibles y soluciones seguidas de acciones concretas y colaborativas que impulsen la implementación de los ODS y de la Agenda 2030 en el Paraguay. Así la metodología de construcción del informe se basó en tres componentes principales: i) datos y evidencia empírica, ii) participación de actores claves, y iii) la recopilación documental. Tanto la participación de actores claves como la evidencia empírica resaltaron el proceso realizado, al diferenciarlo del Primer Informe Nacional Voluntario, el cual se basó principalmente en la recopilación documental y entrevistas directas con actores claves.

Second National Voluntary Report of Paraguay, 2021

The Second National Voluntary Report -led by the SDG Commission Paraguay- innovated its construction methodology, being the result of an inclusive, participatory, transparent and comprehensive review process, both at national and subnational levels, based on evidence, and providing tangible lessons and solutions followed by concrete and collaborative actions that drive the implementation of the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda in Paraguay. Thus, the methodology for the construction of the report was based on three main components: i) data and empirical evidence, ii) participation of key stakeholders, and iii) documentary compilation. Both the participation of key stakeholders and the empirical evidence highlighted the process carried out, differentiating it from the First National Voluntary Report, which was based mainly on documentary collection and direct interviews with key stakeholders.
